Deltaic is a research tool. It reads market structure and public filings and turns them into a single read, tested on history.

Deltaic is not investment advice and not a broker-dealer. It does not hold funds, execute orders, or place trades. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

02Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Any read, score, or level shown is illustrative and probabilistic, never a guarantee of any outcome.

You agree to use the service for your own lawful research and not to scrape, resell, or redistribute its output without our written permission.

03Accounts and access

Access may be limited, gated, or offered on a waitlist. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.

04No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or available without interruption.

Market data and filings come from third parties and may be delayed, revised, or incorrect at their source.

05Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deltaic is not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
